Passage Filtering
Q) How do I filter the passages?
A) You filter the passages by using the Domain, Level, and Topic drop down menus, on the passages page.
Required Plugins
Q) What kind of plugins are required to listen to the passages and to display the content?
A) ELL does NOT require a specific kind plugin. Your system only needs a general mp3 player. Any mp3 player will work. I.e. Quicktime, WMP, RealOne, etc.
ELL uses JavaScript to load and display the passages. If you are having trouble seeing the content please enable JavaScript, this may require you to change your browsers security settings to medium (or lower) in your browsers settings, and reload the page.
Listening to a Passage
Q) How do I choose a passage and listening to it?
A) Click the passages title under 'Choose a passage' on the passages page. Next click the play button.
Speakers
Q) Do I need multi-media speakers?
A) No, any computer speakers will work, including a small internal speaker. However, good multi-media speakers will sound much better and make studying easier.

A) Click on 'Questions', it's under the passages graphic.
